Kanika Batra
Kanika Batra is a Filmmaker, Writer, and an Internationally trained facilitator and Mindset and Confidence Coach.
As the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Outperform, she is responsible for the growth and the alignment of Outperforms vision to it’s business and delivery.
She has been an entrepreneur since a very young age, and has done her LLM (International Business Law) from Kings College London.
She worked on a case at the Supreme Court of London under Toby Landau (Queens Counsel), after which she did Corporate Law in one of the top 5 Indian law firms for a brief period.
At heart, Kanika is a peoples person, and her desire to help others develop themselves, coupled with her innate ability to build relationships and influence those around her propelled her into the Learning Industry.
She was one of the only two facilitators hand picked by the Customer Service Institute of Australia to conduct the Certified Customer Service Manager course for over 2000 participants.
She is known for her dynamic and charismatic training style and her outstanding workshops have received rave reviews from clients like KPMG, Mercedes Benz, ANZ Bank, VM Ware, ITC, Unilever and Goldman Sachs to name a few.
Kanika has been in theatre since she was 9 years old, has acted in 3 feature films, and several musical and non musical plays. She is also a Film Director who wrote, directed, produced and acted in Project Papa, a feature film that was released in PVR cinemas in April, 2018 and is currently streaming worldwide on NETFLIX.
Her vision with Outperform is to provide valued clients with spectacular learning experiences, while also giving amazing facilitators the opportunity to change people’s lives.
Coming from a performing arts and theatre background, and with her Coaching and Law Experience, Kanika specializes in Influencing with Impact, Positive Persuasive, and Growth Mindset and Resilience.
