6 weeks, 1 goal, Infinite Possibilities
The CCP Coaching Pathway is designed over 6 weeks with Pre, Mid and Post Assessments to equip participants with the tools and skills to become a more effective all-round communicator, so they speak up, feel confident, nurture interpersonal relationships and be more effective in their day-to-day interactions with their team and colleagues.
This program is tailored to suit the needs of this individual, and takes into account strengths and areas of opportunities .We work closely with the team and managers to ensure we bridge the gap between where they are, and where they want to be.
Skill building happens through the one-on-one relationship that is built through the individual and the coach. We recommend two sessions per week.
The success of this program is based on a 3 pronged – A structured plan, Guided Practice and Constructive Feedback.
