We’ve moved from the times when the person with the power had the influence to an age where the person with the influence has the power. To advance projects, build trust, and get more done, individuals need to build workplace influence and credibility.
This session, using our signature 3C approach, addresses the need to build ones credibility and personal branding exploring ‘character’ and ‘competence’.
We then approach influencing skills, focusing on the importance of Connecting, Communicating and Collaborating, identifying various influencing styles, while mapping stakeholders and using best practices to help build their individual visibility and positive influence.
This skill is crucial in achieving positive outcomes, while cultivating a culture of collaboration and confidence among stakeholders. This session allows the participants to learn assertive communication, creating visibility and communicating confidently. The focus is to build successful professional relationships.
