Writing with Impact to Your Audience Across Screens
This session introduces participants to the key elements that create impact while choosing Writing as the mode of Communication. The 5 Step Process enables participants to first identify the challenges they face and then provides an effective tool-kit that enable participants to consciously begin to structure, frame and write to different audience types while achieving their outcome in the most effective manner.
We explore Audience Profiling, Use of Language, responding to both Implicit and Explicit tasks so as to avoid unnecessary back and forth, and structure and cohesiveness of the email through email case studies, and hands on guided practise.

- To be able to write in a succinct and objective manner
- Customize all messages based on the expectation and writing style of the varied audiences
- Understand the tonality and tasks at hand of an email (Implicit versus Explicit) and respond to each respectively
- Understand the need for structure and use the tools and techniques to consciously structure your thoughts before you write
- Gauge the importance of language on achieving the outcome to understand how to respond in an assertive manner
